iPhone X is brilliant, Siri is not

When it came to overall customer satisfaction, iPhone X owners in our study gave the product an overall 97% customer satisfaction. While that number is impressive, what really stands out when you do customer satisfaction studies is the percentage who say they are very satisfied with the product. Considering you add up the total number of very satisfied, and satisfied, to get your total customer satisfaction number a product can have a high number of satisfied responses and lower number of very satisfied responses and still achieve a high number. Look at the image above. That final column says it all really, but I do concur. The X is brilliant, Siri really is not.

  1. I haven’t bothered with Siri for a while now. Too many incorrect contact choices. And while I may speak to my phone while driving, I do not want to speak to my computer, even, or maybe especially, when I’m alone in my home office.

  2. Not just Siri, but “voice to text” is abysmal too.

    A. Are the competitors much better?
    B. If so, is Apple just dropping the ball with its early lead, or is it because a commitment to more privacy relative to Amazon and Google hampering it?
